On Friday August 5th the Elementary School, a group of students who know how to have fun and enjoy life, were buzzing with the excitement of class night. Each class accompanied their teacher home for an evening of good food and games. Pizza and momos were some of the delights, along with chocolate and ice cream. The children enjoyed games like Pass the Parcel, ‘Oink Oink’, and musical statues. They discovered new toys such as kung fu hamster and enjoyed dressing up and listening to good music. Some students shared their talents with the class, playing charades and singing.

Perhaps the most exciting aspect of Class Night for Grade 3 was when the lights went out. Not deterred from fun, they shared spooky stories with flashlights. Meanwhile Grade 1 and 2 took advantage of the darkness to play hide and seek. They also went on a bear hunt….luckily no real bear was found. It was a lovely time for the classes to share together, and was described as ‘awesome’ and ‘fun’ by the students. So for those who need ideas for a fun night – feel free to ask Elementary School!
