Parents and Teacher's Interact at the Quad
Parents and guardians of Woodstock students who had visited during the Mid-Term break got an opportunity to meet their children's teachers and advisors during a Parent-Teacher conference held at the campus on Monday, October 5th.
Visiting parents got a chance to greet Woodstock staff and learn more about the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in regard to their children. The parents also took tours of the Woodstock campus and paid a visit to the new gymnasium, where a fair was held by several US Universities on tour in India.
In the afternoon, the parents were given a presentation on technology at the school, which included a short briefing on technology infrastructure, learning, integration, and other plans. The presentation was held at the gymnasium. Staff and students from grade 8-9 spoke about student access to school resources, subscription to e-resources, innovative use of technology in classrooms, technology in use for college application and counseling, and several other topics.
