WOSA Himalayan Odyssey

Woodstock School and the Himalaya share an inseparable connection. For most alumni, however, their experience of these mountains is limited to Mussoorie and the nearby ranges. As Woodstock develops and promotes its Outdoor and Environmental Education program, there is an increased awareness and emphasis on mountain culture as it extends across the Himalayan region, from Kashmir in the west, through Garhwal, and eastward to Nepal, Sikkim and Bhutan.

From April 8-20, 2010, the WOSA Himalayan Odyssey, a unique tour across the Himalaya will be held for Woodstock alumni and friends. They will get a chance to experience the dramatic scenery and vibrant culture of Bhutan as well as returning to their roots in Landour.
