Alan and Rosalie Howard

"Amazing contributions in the area of residential life. The Howards have been involved at all levels of school activities, from Action Planning Task Group committees to writing a residential curriculum and providing club and sports activities to the students during their free time. They have made a tremendous contribution to Woodstock during their four years."

"In his capacity as residence supervisor for Alterridge and Ridgewood Mr. Howard has been responsible for a number of important improvements to the dorm life of the students. These include: the establishment of the Middle School Clubs program; the establishment of the House system, whereby all students are assigned to a house with a particular member of dorm staff, providing a more familial atmosphere; rewriting the dorm handbook; and constantly putting his staff and students ahead of himself in the use of his time.
