Class of 2005 reunion at Woodstock
We were very pleased during our last full week of school to welcome the Class of 2005, Eminence, to Woodstock School as they celebrated their 5th reunion in Mussoorie. The group spent time on campus visiting teachers, touring our new gym and hostel and being generally elusive throughout the hillside. Although we could never get them all together in the alumni office, we believe about 14 members of the class were present.
Class representative, Helen Russell, comments: "We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and were thrilled to be able to see all the developments that have been happening around school. I have to say a lot of us went a way feeling rather envious of all the new facilities available and even more determined to either come back to the school to work or to send other members of our families there!
"Thank you for your efforts in arranging the schedule for our visit, and I'd like to apologise for us not completely sticking to it at all times. I hope the 11th graders were satisfied with our short meeting on Friday and that we have managed to give them some small advice. I was pleased to hear all the positive comments that my classmates fed back to me and from our point of view it was a bigger success than we anticipated. I hope events like this can be arranged in the future as well. Unfortunately we somehow missed the opportunity to get a full reunion photograph but I have attached two photographs with most people present for you."
Our thanks go out to the class of 2005 for planning the trip to Mussoorie and factoring Woodstock School into their 5th year milestone.
