Elementary Sports Day

The youngest members of the Woodstock family got into the spirit of fun and competition during the Elementary Inter-House Sports Day on Saturday, March 27th. Held at Hanson Field, Students from ECP up to Grade 5 took part in races and jumps on a warm, sunny day at the hillside.

The events included a two lap race, 50 meter dash, High Jump, Long Jump, and Shuttle Relay for Grade 5 students. The younger students also took part in one and two lap and obstacle races, and then there were several fun events, such as the Lemon and Spoon race, Sack Race, and the Three-Legged Race.

Everyone's eyes were on the ECP/KG students, who were active during the 25 metre dash, the Doughnut Race, the Obstacle Race, and other events.

The Condor house emerged as winners of the Elementary School. The tired youngsters were awarded with snacks and lunch at the end of the memorable Sports Day.

The results were:

• Condors: 279 points
• Eagles : 208 points
• Merlins : 181 points
