Work at Woodstock
Thank you for your interest
Woodstock School has around 150 staff. About half are from India and half are from other parts of the world such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Singapore. They work in administration, teaching, residences and support services. Many are Christians, and others are followers of most of the major world religions. Some stay for a couple of years, others make a much longer commitment. What they have in common is a love of learning, a love of the Indian Himalayan environment, and a sense of adventure.
"It's a privilege to be in such an International community. The wide range of people's backgrounds and experiences is amazing. There are many talented students and a huge range of activities happening in a close-knit and caring community. This is even without mentioning the foothills of the Himalayas!" (staff member).
Where can you fit in?

Meet us at a job fair
We are planning for Woodstock staff to attend three international job fairs. We will be delighted to hear from you if you plan to meet us there. You will need to register to attend through the links below. We will be offering jobs on the spot. We prefer to receive applications in advance so we can make a good decision (see How to apply below).
When to apply
Woodstock recruits throughout the year. We try to fill our vacancies for the school year beginning in July as early as possible and to ensure that new staff have the maximum time to prepare to come. We list forthcoming vacancies as soon as they are identified and publish a closing date for applications for each post. We have three main recruitment periods:
Fall Phase: Applications for job openings posted in September will normally have a 15 November deadline. These applications will be reviewed in late November and the most qualified candidates will be interviewed. Jobs will be offered to suitable candidates.
Winter Phase: Applications for job openings posted in December, or for jobs which remain unfilled after the Fall Phase, will normally have a 21 February deadline. These applications will be evaluated at the end of February and the beginning of March. The most qualified candidates will be interviewed in early March, and jobs will be offered to suitable candidates.
Spring Phase: Application deadlines for jobs not filled by the end of March will be notified on the website alongside the job opening.
Please note that we are not able to consider CVs which are not accompanied by a completed Application Form for a specific advertised post.
